About Us

Hi there! I’m Saleem Shah, and I’m glad you’ve found your way to this corner of the internet.
At 21, I find myself living in two worlds that are more connected than most people realise. By day, I am a Science Teacher, breaking down the laws of biology to help students understand how the world works. By night (and during my own lecture hours), I am a Psychology Student, diving deep into why we work the way we do.
Why I Started This Blog
I created this space to serve as a digital laboratory where science meets the soul. My goal is to take the “complex” out of the classroom and the “mystery” out of the mind, making high-level concepts accessible, actionable, and—most importantly—interesting.
What You’ll Find Here
Whether you are a student, a fellow educator, or just a curious human being, this blog focuses on:
- The Science of Learning: Tips on how to study smarter based on psychological research.
- Everyday Science: Explaining the phenomena we see around us in simple, teacher-approved terms.
- Mental Well-being: Reflections on psychology and how understanding our brains can lead to a better life.
- The Educator’s Journey: My personal experiences balancing teaching and being a student myself.
My Philosophy
I believe that curiosity is a superpower. Whether we are looking through a microscope or practicing mindfulness, we are all just trying to understand the “why” behind our existence. I’m here to explore those questions with you, one post at a time.
“The important thing is to never stop questioning. Curiosity has its own reason for existing.” — Albert Einstein
